Perry Eggleston wins 2023 IPMI Industry Professional of the Year Award

Dr. Perry Eggleston, Executive Director of Transportation Services, was recognized by the International Parking and Mobility Institute (IPMI) for his years of experience and dedication to finding innovative solutions for transportation and mobility challenges with the 2023 James M. Hunnicutt CAPP Industry Professional of the Year award. Perry accepted this award at the June 2023 IPMI Conference in Fort Worth, Texas, where Transportation Services was also recognized as an Accredited Parking Organization.

"We are very fortunate to have Perry’s leadership at UC Davis. He is an innovator, an organizational leader, and an active, contributing member of our community,” said former Associate Vice Chancellor of Campus Planning and Environmental Stewardship, Robert Segar.

Perry’s commitment to creative and sustainable programming is evident in the implementation of daily choice parking when we saw an unprecedented increase in remote work at the start of the COVID-19 pandemic.
