Parking Refunds

Refunds are generally not provided for daily/hourly permits, one-month or extended permits, or in instances of permit misuse. Refunds will not be issued for overpaid parking in excess of two days or in cases when there is user error in setting up the AMP Park account or purchasing a permit. Approved refunds may be subject to processing fees. To see if you qualify please call our office at 530-752-8277 for further instructions. 

EasyPark Refunds

Effective 3/21/22 - We no longer accept EasyPark returns. If you care to recycle your EasyPark, you may drop off your unit in the secure Black Box located to the left of our front doors outside the main entrance of Transportation Services. Or you may mail your unit to:
